Grand Pioneers Halong Bay Cruise 1 accepts special requests. Guests can submit special requests during the booking process. All requests are subject to availability.

Check-in

• Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
• Guests are requested to inform the cruise of their expected arrival time in advance.
