TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Lua Wellness Travel. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (https://www.google.com/search?q=luawellnesstravel.com) and the purchase of any travel services from us. By booking a trip or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. THE CONTRACT
All bookings are made with Lua Wellness Travel. A contract exists between us from the moment we issue a confirmation invoice or service voucher after receiving your required deposit. By booking on behalf of others, you represent that you have the authority to bind all members of your party to these terms.
2. BOOKING & DEPOSIT POLICY
Deposit: To secure your reservation, a deposit of 20% to 30% (depending on the specific tour) is required at the time of booking.
Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is cleared and a written confirmation is sent to your registered email.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the departure date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We understand that plans can change. However, as we commit to our local partners (hotels, wellness practitioners, and transport) in advance, the following cancellation fees apply:
Over 45 days before departure: Loss of deposit only.
31 to 45 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
15 to 30 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
Within 14 days of departure or No-show: 100% of the total tour cost.
Refunds: All refunds will be processed via the original payment method (OnePay, PayPal, or Bank Transfer) within 15-30 working days, excluding any non-refundable bank or gateway fees.
4. WELLNESS & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
As our journeys often include physical activities such as yoga, meditation, trekking, or specialized dietary programs:
Guest Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit for the chosen itinerary.
Medical Disclosure: You must notify us at the time of booking of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical disabilities that may require special attention.
Liability: Lua Wellness Travel is not liable for any injury or health issues arising from undisclosed conditions or participation in activities beyond your physical capability.
5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Lua Wellness Travel strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Your insurance should cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and trip cancellation or curtailment. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate insurance coverage.
6. ITINERARY CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE
Changes by Us: We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, or wellness practitioners due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, local safety, or availability). We will always provide an alternative of equal or higher value.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or cancellation resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or civil unrest.
7. PRICING & SURCHARGES
Prices are based on current costs at the time of publication. While we strive to maintain stable pricing, we reserve the right to apply a surcharge in the event of significant fluctuations in currency exchange rates, government-imposed taxes, or fuel costs. You will be notified of any such changes at least 30 days before departure.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lua Wellness Travel and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of this material is strictly prohibited.
9. DATA PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal information solely for the purpose of processing your booking and enhancing your travel experience. We will never sell your data to third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be settled through negotiation or, if necessary, submitted to the competent courts in Hanoi, Vietnam.
