PAYMENT METHODS

At Lua Wellness Travel, we provide a variety of secure and convenient payment options. To ensure your peace of mind, we partner with leading global and local payment gateways, including OnePay, PayPal, and VNPay, to protect your financial data.

1. Credit & Debit Cards via OnePay

OnePay is the leading secure payment gateway in Vietnam, specifically designed for international transactions.

• Accepted Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.

• How it works: Once your booking is finalized, we will send you a secure OnePay link. You simply enter your card details on their encrypted platform to complete the transaction.

• Security: OnePay uses the highest security standards (SSL encryption and 3D Secure) to ensure your card information is never stored on our servers.

• Service Fee: A standard processing fee of 3% applies to all card transactions via OnePay.

2. PayPal

For our international guests who prefer using their PayPal account or linked credit cards, we offer a seamless PayPal checkout.

• Global Security: Benefit from PayPal’s world-class buyer protection and encrypted transaction technology.

• Flexibility: You can pay using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or any major credit card without sharing your financial details with us.

• Service Fee: Due to international transaction costs, a service fee of 4.5% is applied to payments made via PayPal.

3. VNPay (Local QR & Bank Transfer)

For travelers residing in Vietnam or those with local bank accounts, VNPay offers the fastest and most convenient way to pay.

• QR Code Payment: Simply scan the VNPay-QR code using your mobile banking app (Vietcombank, BIDV, Techcombank, etc.) for instant settlement.

• Local Debit Cards: Supports over 40 local banks in Vietnam.

• E-Wallets: You can also use the VNPay app or other supported local e-wallets.

• Service Fee: This method typically incurs the lowest processing fees for domestic transactions.

4. International Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT)

For high-value bookings, we recommend a direct bank-to-bank transfer to save on percentage-based gateway fees.

• Details: We provide our corporate account details, including SWIFT/BIC and IBAN, upon request.

• Processing Time: International transfers may take 3 to 5 business days to clear.

• Note: Please ensure that "Our" (sender pays all fees) is selected during the transfer so the full invoice amount reaches our account.

5. Cash Payments

You are always welcome to visit our office to settle your balance in person.

• Location: Our head office in Hanoi.

• Accepted Currencies: We accept VND, USD, and EUR at the daily official exchange rate.

PAYMENT POLICIES

• Deposit: A deposit of 20% to 30% is required to secure your booking and confirm services with our local partners (hotels, cruises, and transport).

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your departure. For last-minute bookings (within 30 days), full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

• Booking Confirmation: A formal Service Voucher and payment receipt will be issued automatically via email once your transaction is successfully processed.
