• Check-in & Embarkation: Guests are required to arrive at the designated meeting point and complete check-in within the specified time. Late arrival may result in missed embarkation and is generally non-refundable.
• Identification: Guests must present valid identification documents upon check-in. International travelers should carry their passports, while Vietnamese guests should bring a valid ID or other accepted identification.
• Cruise Itinerary: The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, tides, safety requirements, or instructions from the local authorities. The cruise operator reserves the right to modify the route or activities when necessary.
• Safety Regulations: Guests are required to follow all safety instructions from the captain and crew throughout the journey. Safety equipment must be used as instructed during water-based activities and excursions.
• Children: Children are welcome onboard, subject to the applicable age and extra-bed policies of the selected cruise. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the journey.

Indochine Cruise Lan Ha Bay accepts special requests. Guests can submit special requests during the booking process. All requests are subject to availability.

Check-in

• Check-in: From 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
• Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
• Guests are requested to inform the cruise of their expected arrival time in advance.

Check-out

• Check-out: From 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

Children & Extra Beds

Children's Policy

• Children of all ages are welcome.
• Children aged 12 and above are charged as adults.
• Guests should provide the number and ages of children when searching for available cabins to ensure accurate pricing and availability.

Crib & Extra Bed Policy

• Children aged 0–4: Crib available upon request at VND 800,000 per child per night.
• Children aged 5–11: Extra bed available upon request at VND 3,750,000 per child per night.
• Guests aged 12 and above: Extra bed available upon request at VND 4,750,000 per person per night.

Crib and extra bed charges are not included in the total booking price and must be paid separately during the stay. The number of cribs and extra beds available depends on the selected accommodation and availability.
