- Itinerary changes: The cruise itinerary and schedule may be adjusted due to weather, tides or operating conditions at sea. Kayaking and swimming activities may be cancelled in rough weather.
- Passenger registration: Guests must provide their full name, gender, date of birth, nationality and passport number in advance. A valid passport is required at check-in, and port authorities may deny boarding if the required information is incomplete.
- Dietary requirements: Guests should inform Bhaya Cruises at least 7 days before departure of any dietary restrictions, food allergies or special meal requirements.
- Cancellation: Cancellation is valid only after written notification is received by the Bhaya Cruises Sales Office. The applicable cancellation terms are those stated in the confirmed rate plan.
- Payment: Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or major credit cards.
- Children: A maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old is permitted per cabin/suite. Children under 2 stay free; children aged 3–11 incur additional charges, while guests aged 12 and above are charged the adult rate.
- Outside food and beverages: Outside food and beverages are not permitted without applicable corkage charges.
- Insurance: Guests are strongly recommended to purchase appropriate travel insurance before departure.
- Payment: Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or major credit cards.
- Booking changes: Date changes are free if requested more than 21 days before departure. Changes within 21 days are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Cancellation: Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate plan and promotion. Under the standard policy, cancellation 28–15 days before departure incurs 30% for 1–4 cabin nights and 50% for 5+ cabin nights; 14–8 days incurs 60% and 80%; cancellations less than 8 days before departure are charged 100%.
- Refunds: Refunds are made through the original payment method, less applicable third-party transaction fees, and may take up to 15 days.
- Passenger information: Full passenger details, passport/visa information, confirmed travel dates, cabin category and special requests must be provided at least 7 days before check-in.
- Children: Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old per cabin/suite. Children under 2 stay free; children aged 3–11 are subject to additional charges, while guests aged 12 and above are charged the adult rate.
- Currency: Prices and charges are quoted in USD.
- Insurance: Guests are strongly recommended to purchase their own travel insurance before departure.
- Outside food and beverages: Outside food and beverages are not permitted without applicable corkage charges.
- Children under 2 years old: Stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents.
- Children aged 3–11 years old: Allowed and subject to an additional child charge.
- Children aged 12 years and above: Considered adults and charged the applicable adult rate.
- Maximum occupancy: Each cabin/suite accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old.
- Extra bed: Subject to cabin configuration and availability.
