Existing Beds: Children aged 11 and under may stay free of charge when sharing existing beds with their parents, with no extra bed required, on certain booking channels. However, some platforms, such as Agoda, may apply stricter policies and require an additional fee or extra bed, depending on the maximum occupancy of the selected room type.

Mandatory Gala Dinner Surcharge: On special occasions, such as New Year's Eve (December 31), the resort requires guests to attend a mandatory Gala Dinner. The surcharge is approximately USD 800 per adult and USD 400 per child.
