General Policy
Le Champ Tú Lệ accepts special requests. Guests can submit special requests during the booking process. All requests are subject to availability.
Check-in
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Check-out
- Check-out: From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Age Restriction
- No age restriction: There is no minimum age requirement for check-in.
Children & Extra Beds
Children's Policy
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Children aged 12 and above are charged as adults.
- Guests should include the number and ages of children when making a reservation to ensure accurate pricing and availability.
Crib & Extra Bed Policy
- Children aged 0–2: Crib available upon request, free of charge. Extra bed available upon request at VND 3,800,000 per child per night.
- Guests aged 3 and above: Extra bed available upon request at VND 3,800,000 per person per night.
Crib and extra bed charges are not included in the total room rate and must be paid separately during the stay. All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability.
Cancellation & Prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the selected accommodation and rate. Guests are advised to review the applicable booking conditions before confirming their reservation.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of VND 1,000,000 is required upon arrival. The deposit is collected in cash and will be refunded in full at check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation and any applicable charges for damages.
