General Policy
Topas Ecolodge accepts special requests. Guests can submit special requests during the booking process. All requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
- Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
- Guests should inform Topas Ecolodge of their expected arrival time in advance.
Age Restriction

Children & Extra Beds
Children's Policy
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Children aged 18 and above are charged as adults.
- Guests should provide the number and ages of children when making a reservation to receive accurate pricing and availability.
Crib & Extra Bed Policy
- Children aged 0–4: Crib available upon request, free of charge.
- Guests aged 5 and above: Extra bed available upon request at VND 2,016,000 per person per night.
Crib and extra bed charges are not included in the total room rate and must be paid separately during the stay. All cribs and extra beds are subject to availability and the selected room type.
Cancellation & Prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the selected room type and rate. Guests should check the applicable conditions before confirming their reservation.
Guests are required to make payment by bank transfer before arrival. Topas Ecolodge will contact guests after booking with instructions for completing the bank transfer.

Important Information
A compulsory Gala Dinner is held at Topas Ecolodge every year on 24 and 31 December, priced from VND 2,500,000 per person. The applicable charge will be added at the time of booking.
Guests are advised to inform Topas Ecolodge of their expected arrival time in advance. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
