General Policy
Panhou Retreat accepts special requests. Guests can submit special requests during the booking process. All requests are subject to availability.

Age Restriction
- No age restriction: There is no minimum age requirement for check-in.
Children & Extra Beds
Children's Policy
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Children aged 12 and above are charged as adults.
- Guests should provide the number and ages of children when searching for available rooms to ensure accurate pricing and availability.
Extra Bed Policy
- Ages 6–11: Extra bed available upon request at VND 500,000 per child per night.
- Ages 12–16: Extra bed available upon request at VND 700,000 per child per night.
Extra bed charges are not included in the total room rate and must be paid separately during the stay. Extra beds are subject to availability and the selected accommodation type.
