- A deposit of 30% of the total booking value, or US$10,000 for bookings of US$50,000 or below, is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is strictly non-refundable unless Lua Wellness Travel cancels the tour.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure will result in the loss of the full deposit.
- Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to departure will incur a charge of 50% of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made between 13 and 0 days prior to departure will incur a charge of 100% of the total tour price.
- Failure to complete full payment at least 30 days prior to departure (unless otherwise agreed) may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, with applicable cancellation charges applied.
- Any bank charges, transaction fees, or costs associated with payments or cancellations are the responsibility of the client.
- No refund will be issued for any unused services once the trip or experience has commenced.
- The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, except in the event that Lua Wellness Travel cancels the tour.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after confirmation from Lua Wellness Travel and may be subject to administrative and bank charges.
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of reservation.
- Full payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed with a Lua Wellness Travel specialist.
- Upon receipt of full payment, final service vouchers and travel documents will be issued no later than two weeks prior to departure.
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In the event that any service becomes unavailable, Lua Wellness Travel will offer suitable alternatives of similar value.
