- More than 30 days prior to departure: Deposit retained
- 29–14 days prior to departure: 50% of total tour price forfeited
- 13–0 days prior to departure: 100% of total tour price forfeited
- Any bank charges related to payment or cancellation are the client’s responsibility
- No refund will be issued for unused services once the trip has commenced
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed based on the cancellation terms
- Bank and transaction fees are non-refundable
- A 30% deposit (or US$10,000 for bookings up to US$50,000) is required to secure the booking
- Full payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to departure
- Confirmation documents will be sent within 2 weeks before arrival
