Guests are requested to use all cabins, public areas, recreational facilities and equipment responsibly and in accordance with the instructions provided.

Any activity that may endanger the guest, other passengers, crew or the vessel is strictly prohibited.

06. RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

Paradise Elegance Cruise is committed to preserving the natural beauty of Ha Long Bay.

Guests are kindly requested not to throw waste or any objects into the sea and to respect the surrounding environment throughout the journey.

07. RESPECT FOR OTHER GUESTS

Paradise Elegance is a shared space. Guests are expected to respect the comfort and privacy of fellow passengers.

Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour or activities that negatively affect other guests' experience should be avoided, particularly during designated quiet hours.

08. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the journey.

Please take care of valuables and avoid leaving important personal items unattended in public areas.

09. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

For the safety and comfort of all guests, activities that violate applicable laws, safety regulations or cruise rules are not permitted on board.

CHILDREN OF ALL AGES ARE WELCOME

Children of all ages are welcome aboard Paradise Elegance Cruise.

When making a reservation, guests are kindly requested to provide the number and ages of children travelling with them so that the applicable accommodation and pricing conditions can be determined accurately.

CHILDREN AGED 12 AND ABOVE

Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and are charged according to the applicable adult rate.

INFANTS & COTS

For infants aged 0–2 years, a cot/crib may be available free of charge upon request, subject to availability and the selected accommodation option.

Guests requiring a cot are encouraged to submit their request when making the reservation.

EXTRA BEDS

Extra beds are not available.
