EXCLUSIONS

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR CRUISE EXPERIENCE

To keep your journey seamless and transparent, we recommend reviewing the following items that are not included in the standard cruise package. Certain services may be available upon request or at an additional charge.

TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE CRUISE

Transportation between your hotel, airport or other locations and the cruise departure point is not included unless specifically stated in your selected package.

Private transfers, limousine services or other transportation arrangements can be requested separately.

AIRFARE & PERSONAL TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

International and domestic flights, as well as personal travel arrangements before or after the cruise, are not included in the cruise package.

VISA & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Visa fees, passport-related expenses and other personal travel documentation are the responsibility of each guest.

PERSONAL EXPENSES

Personal expenses incurred during the journey are not included, such as shopping, souvenirs, telephone calls, laundry, beverages or other individual purchases outside the included services.

ADDITIONAL BEVERAGES

Beverages outside the included meal or package selection, including certain alcoholic and specialty drinks, may be charged separately.

SPA & PERSONAL WELLNESS SERVICES

Spa treatments, massages and other personal wellness services are available according to the cruise's offerings and are charged separately unless specifically included in your selected package.

GRATUITIES

Tips and gratuities for the cruise crew and service staff are not included unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.

OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES & SERVICES

Any optional excursions, private experiences, special arrangements or additional services not listed in your selected itinerary may incur an additional fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is not included. Guests are encouraged to arrange appropriate insurance coverage for their journey, including coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation and personal belongings.

01. BOARDING & DEPARTURE

Guests are kindly requested to arrive at the designated departure point and complete all necessary procedures within the advised time.

The cruise operates according to a scheduled itinerary. Guests arriving late may risk missing the scheduled departure, and any resulting arrangements or costs may be subject to the applicable booking conditions.

02. CRUISE ITINERARY

Cruise itineraries are planned according to the operating schedule and prevailing conditions.

For operational, safety or other necessary reasons, the cruise itinerary, destinations or activities may be adjusted without prior notice. Such changes may be made to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

03. WEATHER & OPERATING CONDITIONS

Cruise operations are subject to weather and sea conditions as well as regulations from the relevant authorities.

In the event of adverse weather or circumstances beyond the cruise's control, the itinerary or operating schedule may be modified, shortened or cancelled in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.

04. GUEST SAFETY

For everyone's safety, guests are required to follow the instructions provided by the cruise crew and comply with all safety regulations throughout the journey.

Guests are kindly requested to exercise appropriate care when moving around the vessel, particularly on outdoor decks, stairs and other areas where conditions may change.

05. RESPONSIBLE USE OF ONBOARD FACILITIES

Guests are expected to use all onboard facilities and equipment responsibly and in accordance with the instructions provided.

Any damage caused by inappropriate or negligent use may be subject to additional charges in accordance with the applicable conditions.

06. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal belongings throughout the journey.

Valuable items should be kept securely and should not be left unattended in public areas.

07. RESPECT FOR OTHER GUESTS

Capella Cruise is a shared environment where guests from different backgrounds come together.

We kindly ask all guests to respect the comfort, privacy and peaceful experience of others throughout the journey, including during the designated quiet hours.

08. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Parties and events are not permitted onboard.

Pets are also not permitted on the cruise.

Guests are required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and safety requirements while onboard.

09. SPECIAL REQUESTS

Special requests may be submitted during the booking process. While our team will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requests, fulfilment is subject to availability and applicable conditions.

10. CHANGES & EXCEPTIONS

Cruise policies and operating conditions may be subject to change depending on the itinerary, weather, regulations and other circumstances affecting cruise operations.

A reservation is considered confirmed once the booking process has been successfully completed according to the applicable terms.

CHILDREN OF ALL AGES ARE WELCOME

Children of all ages are welcome aboard Halong Capella Cruise.

Families can enjoy the cruise together and create memorable moments while discovering the beauty of Ha Long Bay from the water.

CHILDREN AGED 12 AND ABOVE

Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults and will be charged at the applicable adult rate.

For accurate pricing and availability, guests are required to provide the number and ages of children when making a reservation.

INFANTS AGED 0–2

For infants aged 0–2 years, a cot/crib is available free of charge upon request, subject to availability.

Guests who require a cot are encouraged to submit their request when making the reservation so that the cruise team can make the necessary arrangements.
