Check-in: Guests should arrive at the departure port by 12:00–12:30 PM for boarding procedures.
Check-out: Guests disembark at approximately 9:30–9:45 AM, with the cruise reaching the port around 12:00 PM.
Passenger information: Full passenger details, including name, date of birth, nationality and passport/ID information, must be provided before departure.
Itinerary: The itinerary may be changed or cancelled due to weather, tides, government regulations or other operational conditions.
Safety: Guests must follow all safety instructions from the captain and crew throughout the cruise.
Children: Children are welcome. Child rates and sleeping arrangements depend on the child's age and cabin occupancy.

Children aged 5–11 years old: Charged according to the applicable child rate and sleeping arrangement.
Children aged 12 years and above: Considered adults and charged the adult rate.
Extra bed: Subject to cabin category and availability, with an additional charge where applicable.
Maximum occupancy: Depends on the selected cabin category and the number of adults and children.
Baby cot: Available upon request and subject to availability.
