- A deposit of 30% of the total booking value, or US$10,000 for bookings of US$50,000 or below, is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable unless Lua Wellness Travel cancels the tour.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to departure will result in the loss of the full deposit.
- Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to departure will incur a charge of 80% of the total tour price.
- Cancellations made between 13 and 0 days prior to departure will incur a charge of 100% of the total tour price.
- Any bank charges related to payment or cancellation are the responsibility of the client.
- No refund will be issued for unused services once the trip has commenced.
- Refunds (if applicable) are subject to confirmation by Lua Wellness Travel and may be subject to administrative or banking charges.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
- Full payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise agreed.
- Final travel documents and service vouchers will be issued no later than two weeks before departure.
- All services remain subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
